– Members are eligible to run for office for which they are qualified – Members shall be able to participate in all volunteer activities of the organization – Members have the right to vote and select members of the Executive Board – Members have the right to examine all records of the association, including, but not limited to, the financial records, statements, agenda, business correspondences, plans and schedules subject to the approval of the Board of Advisers category
